ChatGPT is experiencing issues.

Many ChatGPT users were unable to use the service on the afternoon of June 4th, while OpenAI has not yet announced the cause of the outage.

Ngoc Hung, a communications specialist in Ho Chi Minh City, said that from around 2 PM, he was unable to ask questions on OpenAI's chatbot, even though he was using a monthly paid subscription.

“"The button to create a new command is almost completely unresponsive. I click it many times, but it only works occasionally. And even when I finish typing the command, the application doesn't execute the request," Hung said, adding that he has to use a different AI to handle the task.

Phuong Anh (Hanoi) also said that she uses it regularly. ChatGPT I intended to use it for creative work, but the application has been freezing constantly this afternoon, making it almost impossible to execute any commands.

“After typing the prompt, ChatGPT spun for almost a minute and then displayed a ‘time out’ message, asking me to try again,” she said. When accessing the GPT app store, the system reported, “The server is experiencing issues. Please try again later.”.

ChatGPT outages have been reported in many areas around the world. On the internet outage tracking site DownDetector, reports related to OpenAI's service appeared at 1:30 PM, spiked at 2 PM, and have not yet stabilized.

At 4 PM, the system announced that the issue had been identified and was in the process of being resolved.
